Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi, New Jersey, and Billy Joel in Long Island, New York, plan to participate in the show, which will feature the host of "Today" host Matt Lauer.
Also performing Christina Aguilera, Sting and Jimmy Fallon.
"Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together" will be broadcast from NBC facilities in Rockefeller Center, Manhattan, at 8 pm ET and then on the West Coast.
The program will benefit the American Red Cross and will be shown on NBC and its cable stations, including Bravo, E!, CNBC, USA and MSNBC. Other chains have been invited to join the cause.

NBC realizará un concierto benéfico el viernes por las víctimas del huracán Sandy con algunos artistas nativos de las áreas más afectadas.
Bruce Springsteen y Jon Bon Jovi, de Nueva Jersey, y Billy Joel de Long Island, Nueva York, tienen previsto participar en el espectáculo, que contará con el presentador de "Today" Matt Lauer como anfitrión.
